Decemberists make the Hazards of Love album into film

The Decemberists have had a lot of fun with the Hazards of Love. First it was a successful rock/opera album and rocked stadiums on tour.

Now, the Hazards of Love will be released as a full-length music video in the form of an animated film, Pitchfork reports. Titled Here Come the Waves: The Hazards of Love Visualized, the film debuted October 19 in Los Angeles.  The hazardous, heady  cartoon will be available for all to December 1 on iTunes.
